Job Description
- Prepare the following:
- Project presentation.
- Lease contracts for commercial and residential units.
- Negotiated tracker file for all offers from Brokers/Agents.
- Assist on special construction projects.
- Attend weekly construction meeting and site visit.
- Coordinate with Leasing Agents.
- Assist in preparing contracts.
- Perform any tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any business related course.
- With experience as an Admin.
- Knowledgeable in office works or secretarial works.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
