Field Sales Representatives  

Job Description

• Execute sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the assigned monthly and annual sales quota is met and aligned with the goals of Justino Corporation.
• Set one hour per day to call customers, with at least 15 quality calls converted to actual appointments.
• Develop at least 1new customer per day.
• Conduct site inspection, customer visits, and product presentations.
• To be thoroughly familiar with the product in terms of usage and application in order to recommend the right capacity.
• Quick response to the repair requests of customers.
• Coordination between Sales, Service, Logistics and Freight Forwarders.
• Submit weekly report to the Sales Manager.
• Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Know how to speak & understand Ilonggo and Visaya Dialect.
• Preferably lives in Regions: 6, 7 & 8
• Graduate of any 2-4 year course
• At least 1-2 working Sales experience or familiarity of sales process is strongly preferred.
• With good costumer service and client relationship.
• Can travel long period of time
• Must have strong negotiation skills.
• Has analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
