- Handles Overall operations to include Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Functions (Security, Housekeeping, Customer Service, Inventory Management, and selling areas /outside store premises.)Handles Overall operations to include Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Functions (Security, Housekeeping, Customer Service, Inventory Management, and selling areas /outside store premises.)
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of related store personnel i.e work schedule, task, and responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient store performance.
- Develops, coaches and recommends for training to his staff in accordance with organization objectives.
- Reviews, controls and monitors stores operational stores operational expenses to ensure overall compliance with company regulations and budget.
- Observes and implements policies given by Head Office in Sales and Marketing Direction, Administration, HR, Accounting and Audit and other related functions.
- Any others are given by Top Management.
