Job Description
- Responsible in tracking, supervising, and evaluating the sales of the account executive by conducting meetings.
- Responsible in delivering reports and presentations regarding the sales to the sales director.
- Responsible in providing weekly schedule, checking and maintaining day-to-day records such as timecards.
- Responsible for coaching and disciplining office staff and account executives.
- Be available in case of emergency or concern that AE can't handle.
- Responsible in taking phone calls and having meetings with esteemed and difficult clients.
- Responsible in handling client's complains.
- Responsible in providing and attending food tasting schedules.
- Responsible in making sure that the schedule and policies are carried out effectively.
- Oversees all aspects of the interior and exterior of the office building.
- Cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination and smooth flow of event activities.
- Keeps the management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports.
- Supervises working schedules and efficiency of AE's and office staff.
- Conducts orientation to newly hired employees.
- Reviews and approves office supply acquisitions, vehicle requests, official business forms and etc. in the absence of the Sales Director.
- Supports the Cost Reduction program of the company.
- Responsible in maintaining cleanliness in respective area of responsibility.
- Performs other tasks as may be required by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing and other related courses
- With pleasing personality
- Creativity and organization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical, decision-making and management skills
- Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Willing to travel and work during weekends
- Experience on sales is a plus
