Job Description
- The role co-leads in-depth understanding of drivers and barriers to business growth,
- Develops the appropriate business strategies and programs, and;
- Co-leads the multi-functional category team in execution.
- This position will require minimal supervision in the end-to-end management of projects and in collaborating with the involved team and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Marketing experience in FMCG company
- Must have a solid experience in Quantitative/ Market Research
- Experience in the use of Neilsen RTA and Kantar Worldpanel in an FMCG Principal company is an advantage
- Experience handling flagship and/or market leader brand is a big advantage
- Experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, Integrated Marketing
- Communications, Channel Strategy/ Activation, Innovations
- Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third party agencies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Has strong project management skills, team collaboration, and analytical skills
- Candidates with no recent Quantitative/ Market Research need not apply
