Graphic Designer | Team Leader  

The Graphic Designer will provide high-level design work for various sales support presentations and collateral materials.

J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented candidate who has extensive financial design experience and a strong understanding of the importance of Graphic Design. The successful candidate will have a diverse range of design capabilities, high energy, attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to execute on tight deadlines.

The role's tasks are as follows:

• Develop various sales and communication materials including videos, brochures, etc.
• Maintain brand standards across all marketing and communication platforms.
• Identify and place all visual elements of a project, including illustrations, photography, and font styles to produce effective communication pieces.
• Consult with necessary team members and stakeholders (RMs/Sales) to properly produce materials.
• Review all creative materials to ensure they meet company standards.
• Build creative files to the proper specifications necessary for printing.
• Lead creative efforts on multiple projects.
• Ensure creative deadlines are met by working effectively under pressure to complete jobs.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic designing, visual arts, advertising, or in a related field.
• 5–8 years experience in graphic designing, preferably working on finance-focused marketing projects.
  • Agency experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience of design for digital deliveries and channels.
• Mastery of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• A working Knowledge of video and effects such as Adobe Premier, After Effects Animation, or 3D software is an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design and typography rules and trends.
• Knowledge of art-working for print and design is essential.
• Proficient working on both Windows and Mac operating platforms.
• Extremely detailed-oriented and superior communication skills.
• Effective project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent sense of color, space, and navigation.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong ability for branding and identity creation.
