Job Description
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for:
- Collecting on past due amounts in different stages for auto loans, credit cards, overdrawn checking and savings account, and home mortgages.
- Receiving and making calls from/to customers to understand their payment abilities and provide collection related support.
- Performing other related tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience for High School graduates.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience for College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters.
- College undergraduates with complete 4 semesters and College fresh graduates are encouraged to apply even without customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
