Job Description
- Manages day to day operations of the office
- Responsible in doing customer service and administrative support including other clerical works such as data encoding, filing and documentation
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, Excel; Office Administration
- Purchasing, Inventory, Materials and Warehouse Management background is a plus
- Billing/Accounting background is a plus
- With good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-profile clients
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday and extend working hours if necessary
