Job Description
- Conduct gathering, processing, and analysis of property information on a regular basis and update the database.
- Prepare market research, valuation, and related technical/financial proposals.
- Participate in related out-of-town and property site inspections, if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker or Appraiser is an advantage.
- Proficient in technical writing and command in the English language
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
