Job Description
OVERALL ROLE
The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The Facilities Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Site Operations Management
- Risk Management
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in facilities management (general office administration, vendor, transport and procurement management)
- Independent and able to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational matters on a daily basis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Regular and shifting schedules available
