Job Description
OVERALL ROLE
The Facilities Manager will (lead a team to) manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. The role will assume overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5-10 years’ managerial experience in facilities, commercial property or hospitality management and related industries
- Preferably with Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and a licensed engineer
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
- Knowledgeable in technical services (UPS, HVAC, electrical) and other building systems
- Experienced in financial, vendor and contract management
- Superior people and client relationship management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
