Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in facilities, commercial property or hospitality management and related industries
  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, preferably a licensed engineer
  • Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
  • Knowledgeable in technical services (UPS, HVAC, electrical) and other building systems
  • Experienced in financial, vendor and contract management
  • Superior people and client relationship management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work on a 5.5 or 6-day work schedule
  • Amenable to work in any of the ff. locations: Quezon City/Makati/BGC/Pasay
Job Description
  • Appraises, trains and supervises engineers, supervisors, technicians and other personnel in maintenance, accounting, admin, as well as controls and supervises other personnel from contract maintenance and services.
  • Leads the development of the building operational plan and annual budget.
  • Provides regular report to the management company and the building regarding status of the building, utilities and services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with assistants, supervisors and engineers to assure effective and smooth staff communications and designation of works.
  • Recommends for approval for the ordering of supplies, materials, equipment and services ensuring adherence to the approved budget.
  • Assures that all staff members comply with company and building policies and procedures.
  • Implements JLL standards and improvements throughout the building.
  • Makes recommendations to the Real Property Division of the client or client’s representative regarding operational and key staffing changes.
  • Discipline staff where necessary within JLL Code of Conduct and the Labor Code.
  • Administer the lease document between landlord/tenant.
  • Performs related duties, as assigned by Management
