Job Description
- Verifies and records receipt and issuance of all inventories and supplies in the IFCA system
- Submits physical count reports to the cost accountant monthly
- Reconciles receipt and issuance of all inventories and supplies with the inventory custodian
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field; Post-secondary courses in Purchasing preferred
- At least 2 years related work experience as Purchasing Officer.
- At least 1-year related experience in Purchasing
- Has experience in working with inventory control systems.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in making and filing Purchase Orders
- Ability to do the following:
- Read, comprehend and follow instructions
- Communicate in an appropriate manner with customers and other employees
- Operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card and cash transactions
- With pleasing personality.
- Preferably male and single.
- Has a strong negotiating skill.
- Has leadership qualities and be able to work independently
