Job Description
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs
- Identify candidates through multiple sourcing including employee referrals, social networking sites, transfers, Online Job headhunters, and agencies
- Responsible for posting of job vacancies
- Manages the shortlisting of applicants by doing the initial interview and qualifying the examination
- Perform reference and background checks
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Detailed Oriented
- Proficient in MS Applications and computer savvy
