Job Description
- Oversees all administrative activities in support of engineers or engineering departments as they work on construction and other projects.
- Tasked in arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, keeping the office calendar, answering telephones and editing correspondence.
- Maintains office files and databases and create computer spreadsheets and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience as an Administration Office engineer.
- Experienced in office works, paper filing, and indexing of documents.
- Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitation and communication skills, plus strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, detail-oriented, team player and an excellent motivator.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
