Job Description
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders, calculate charges, or process billing or payments
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
- Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college (undergrads who have finished 4 semesters are accepted)
- BPO experience is preferred BUT NOT required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to work in Alabang.
