Job Description
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Minimum Qualifications
You may apply if:
- you had completed at least 2 years in college,
- with or without call center experience
- you have a good to above average English communication skills
- you are willing to work in shifting schedule.

- 13K-20K basic salary depending on BPO experience
- 2500 allowance
- 3500 Optical Allowance (annual)

---On 6th month – Incentive equivalent to ½ of monthly rate by Apr & Aug
---On 12th month – Incentive equivalent to ¾ of monthly rate by Apr & Aug
---On 24th month – Will get 2 months’ worth of basic pay by Apr & Aug
