Job Description
- Review and post invoices of different vendors in a fast and accurate manner
- Identify and distinguish peculiarities in Invoices
- Ensure that the invoice requirements are thoroughly implemented and proper review and controls are in place according to standards
- Collaborate and engage with Regional Finance, Treasury, Global Sourcing and other stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- With atleast 6 months experience in Accounts Payable, invoice postings and validation and quality assurance checks
- Must have reliable experience using SAP as invoice processing tool
- Focused, organize, keen to details, good english communication skills both oral and written
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to work during holidays or shifting schedule as needed
- Must be able to work with high volume and high demand environment
- Must be willing to work in Pasay Area
