Job Description
Processing of Purchase Orders
- Check availability of stock and validity of price and approval.
- Confirm delivery and pick-up instructions
- Secure approval of credit terms before processing sales orders
- Support finance in ensuring right information are put in DR’s and invoices
- Sales order processes must be followed all the time
On Time Delivery
- Confirm delivery and pick up instruction from customers
- Ensure delivery of products on time
- Minimize backloads
- Maximize available trucks for delivery daily to save on costs
Customer Service
- Answer and attend to customer inquiries
- Make sure all the calls from our customers and potential customers are being attended to
- Requests and other inquiries of customers should be referred to assigned sales personnel
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Keen to details
- Must be willing to work in Century Plaza Complex, Juana Osmeña St. Cebu City
