Job Description
- Responsible for assisting the Head, Teleservice Unit in providing direct telemarketing and closely associated services consistent with the company policies and reglamentary procedures.
- Required to operate on a profit basis within the framework of policies, objectives and budgets.
- Place calls to clients assigned to telemarketer with outstanding premium to remind payment.
- Discuss and arrange premium collection.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field;
- No work experience required;
- Applicant must be willing to work in Makati;
