Job Description

• Strategist/commercial awareness: proactive in understanding Finance and business strategy and the need to make a return on investment, makes connections between roles and success of the business, identifies impacts on revenue or margin improvement from available information, determines trends and data points in variance analysis.

• Drive change: actively gets involved in improvement projects and embraces new systems, processes or procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvements and gains ideas across business units to create alignment or efficiency.

• Results oriented: demonstrates attention to detail when exploring and evaluating situations, arrives at decisions in a timely manner based on information available and can clearly explain how the decision was reached. Service orientated: takes responsibility for delivering excellent customer service, develops positive relationships and responds to customer needs. Questions individual tasks that don’t appear to add value, collects facts from multiple sources to solve problems and manages problems on a daily basis without intervention

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPAs preferred

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in financial planning/reporting, earned from the Shared Services, BPO or Corporate Finance (Multinational) environment

• Financial skills: technical analytical skills including trend, variance and profitability analysis.

• Excellent communication skills

• Willing to work on graveyard shift/rotating shift

• Experience with major enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft is an advantage
