Job Description

Provides establishment personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems within establishment to facilitate communication and improve employee human relations skills and work performance.

Provides establishment administrative assistance in procurement, provision of supplies, physical cleanliness of the office and other related Administration requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must attain at least College level of Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related courses.

  • Proficient in computer (MS Office) and must know how to trouble shoot computer problems.

  • Can do multi -task and has strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledgeable in various HR functions

  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • In -depth knowledge of labor law & HR best practices.
