Job Description
- Supervises all retail branches.
- Direct coordination with the leasing and operations of Mall branches.
- Supervising and managing the staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling employees.
- .Overseeing daily attendance of sales associates, communicating changes of schedule/s. Replacement and substitution among sales associates.
- Works hand in hand with Human Resources (HR) for incidents in the office or store.
- Monitoring Store necessities and utilities such as supplies, equipment (terminal machine, computer, scanner,wifi) and as well as securities (CCTV, store keys and locks).
- Analyzes and strategies sales, supervision of staff and operations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service possible.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing store improvement projects to attract more customers and increase sales.
- Working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Developing and managing budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue and making adjustments as needed.
- Responsible for the inventory and requisition/transfer of stock supplies and equipment. Ensures requisition/transfer were completed to aid sales quota attainable at a timely management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' of leadership and project management experience perferably in a retail or operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels
- Knowledge of fashion and customer service best practices
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
