Job Description
- Preparation of all payables
- Compliance of all BIR requirements
- Filing and organizing of all office files
- Encoding of transaction on excel and office database
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be very proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Detail oriented and must have excellent follow up skills
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Manages files of the company and creates database.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders and requests
- Attend to requests of stores employees with regards to supplies and other equipment owned by the company
