Job Description

The sales executive is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, establishing and developing strong customer relationships, building individual sales volume and establishing new accounts. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base & client spend, and partner effectively with other team members.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as JMA's history and heritage in accordance with the JMA's selling process.
  • Work closely with all internal company departments: Production, Finance, and Marketing to ensure corporate guidelines and procedures are followed.
  • Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise.
  • Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with JMA's visual standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

A successful Sales Executive is; professional, knowledgeable, and authoritative.
All executives strive for continuous improvement through hard work, practice, and ongoing learning. They possess expertise and depth about the product in their department and throughout the store. They understand fashion and style; knows the difference between the two.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Humanities, Liberal Arts; Business Studies, Administration, Management; Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Strong retail fashion and luxury items background.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful and agile.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail needed.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communicate skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 5-years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment. Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quota required.
