Job Description
- Ensure proper system Implementation.
- Resolve technical hardware issues.
- Report system and hardware issues.
- Conduct training and orientation to the client.
- Perform documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer related courses.
- Experience in POS is a plus
- Proficient in software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and PC network configuration.
- Average communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong personality.
- Can do field work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel
- With at least one year experience as Technical Support
Work Location: Quezon City (with at least 1 year working experience)
