System Support Engineer | Team Lead  

• Supervises System Engineers in all System Implementations, technical operations, and training
• Oversee and reviews the planning, design, and implementation of systems and projects.
• Provide technical direction in-line with business goals.
• Train, mentor, and support systems engineers.
• Install, configure and upgrade and enhance software/hardware/network systems.
• Work hand-in-hand with development, data and project managers to understand systems, its workflows, and schedules
• Consult with customer to determine their needs
• Resolve escalated uncommon procedural errors in existing systems
• Improve system performance through hardware upgrades, tweaks, patches, and scripts
• Preparation of progress and specification reports
• Plan and maintain the department’s resource allocation (manpower, schedule, and dispatch)
• Document workflows and create clear routine instructions.
• Handle petty cash management and disbursements for system engineer’s use.
• Provide L4 escalation support.
• To answer mobile phone calls 24/7

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software/Hardware or equivalent
• Capable of conducting training and create training documents
• Can work long hours
• Can travel if needed
• Preferably Female
