Solutions Architect | Pre-Sales  

-Provides technical and commercial input to Sales to influence an operator’s strategic direction

-Attends meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution

-Assist the sales team in defining the first level technical solution/pitch and mapping customer requirements to technical solutions

-Provides technical solutions in a professional manner as per the agreed SLA

-Creates and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

-Creates internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations in the form of a Technical Quotation (TQ)

-Maintains an understanding of the product set and its future development by interfacing with internal and external product vendors for technology updates and product updates

• Graduate of Information Technology, Business Administration major in management
• information system, Computer Science POS system, and ERP experience is essential
• Self-starter with positive 'can do' attitude
• Strong knowledge of the food and retail industry
• Knowledge of agile and scrum concept
• In-depth technical understanding of cloud, network, and POS peripherals
• Knowledge of business process Business analysis is a plus
• Good presentation skills (addressing a large, predominantly technical audience)
• Highly proficient written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to recognize and create business benefit from technology functionality
• Ability to think 'outside of the box', create solutions
