Job Description
- Gather customer insights through research such as regular Customer Journey Survey, Customer Loyalty Survey, Brand Health Track & Mystery Shopping.
- Giving visibility & recommendation based on customer experience standard.
- Monitoring customer experience standard across Jenius Customer Journey.
- Ensure the delivery of all AdHoc Researches i.e. New Product Initiative, Marketing Communication, UI/UX Improvement and Engagement.
- Check & analyse voice of customer in all Jenius Touch Points.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- Experienced in Business product development, customer service, research for e-channel min. 3 years
- Strong product knowledge, preferably in banking operation context
- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal English
- Strong project management skill
