Job Description
- In-charge in recruiting, training and developing staff.
- Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
- approving job descriptions and advertisements.
- looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.
- monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- organizing staff training sessions and activities.
- ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization.
- negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Audit the KPI of Managers and its Department Subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Psychology
- With 5 years work experience in the same field is required
- Can work under pressure with less supervision
- Must be flexible and quick learner
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
