- Prepares the following:
- loan applications for Pag-ibig and Bank.
- commencement letters, initial and final inspection letters
- collection letters
- Deed of Absolute Sale.
- Conduct field works.
- Performs duties assigned by the maangement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course
- Can handle pressure with less supervision
- Must be flexible and hardworking
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
