Job Description
- Prepare and implement quality procedures and working instructions in the assembly line.
- Assist in monitoring the production process in accordance with the plans and schedules.
- Cooperate in evaluating the employees that undergo interchageability training.
- Inform quality related problems and solutions to the top management and other related sections.
- Perform Kaizen/improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Above average communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High degree of result orientation.
- Willing to work in Canlubang, Calamba City.
