Job Description
- Preparation of Bidding documents
- Estimating, costing, and surveying of quantities as required in the bidding and/ or ongoing project assigned
- Reviewing of shop drawings
- Checking of project compliance to plans, specifications, contract and other requirements as imposed by the client
- Preparation of records, accomplishments and other progress reports of the projects
- Ensures timely delivery of materials and transportation of equipment to the project
- Perform other appropriate duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder of Civil Engineering
- With certificate: Occupational Safety and Health in the Construction Industry (COSH)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work at Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City
