Job Description
- Ensure that project implementation is done in accordance to plans and specifications
- Ensure subcontractors interpret the plans correctly.
- Reviews supplier's and subcontractor's show drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform design drafting, including, but not limited to, preliminary drawings, working drawings, and full detail drawings
- Ensure plans are compliant with relevant architectural codes
Minimum Qualifications
- Architecture graduate
- With 1-3 years experience A/in the field of Architecture
- Registered/ Licensed Architect
- Willing to do field work
- Knowledgeable in complete design drawings in AutoCAD, Construction drawing, Architectural drawing, Virtualization, Reviewing project proposals, SketchUp, Rendering Softwares and Photoshop.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work at Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City
- Can Start Asap
