Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the President shall be the bridge between the President and his employees, business partners, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure correspondences to and from the President are sent and received on time.
- Ensure the timely execution of the President's instructions.
- Take minutes of the President's meetings.
- Complete special assignments given by the President.
- Research and help the President prepare for any speaking engagement.
- Represent the President in meetings in case he is unavailable.
- Record and file the President's important documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capable of critical thinking and analysis.
