The Building Manager will be in charge of the following:
1. Occupant and Visitor Safety: He/She must make sure that access ways are always free of obstruction in case of an emergency evacuation.
2. Security and Fire Protection: He/She is in charge of overseeing the building security, ensuring that only authorized personnel are able to enter the building. He/She will make sure that fire hazards are prevented and immediately remedied.
3. Maintenance and Repair: He/She will make sure that the building is always kept clean. He/She will make sure that electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs are attended to immediately.
4. Coordination with Building Tenants: He/She will be in charge of coordinating with building tenants regarding any concern or problem they might have.

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
