The job consists of 2 aspects. As Warehouse Officer, He/She will supervise and oversee the dispatching of the trucks from the warehouse. He/She will ensure that the trucks are in good working condition, and that the drivers are ready at the scheduled dispatching time. He/She will ensure that sufficient manpower is ready during loading/unloading of items. As Human Resources Officer, He/She will be in charge of finding and recruiting new laborers and drivers, and also of preparing their payroll.
* Must be able to readily find and recruit skilled laborers and drivers.
* Must be willing to stay in the warehouse (Cabuyao, Laguna).
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
