Job Description
- Assist the Legal Department Head in preparing documents
- Assists in drafting contracts
- Keep backup copies of contracts, certificates, and other documents as may be deemed necessary
- Reviews contracts drafted to ensure that all terms will reflect what was agreed upon by the relevant parties
- Knowledge in labor laws and government procurement act is a big plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Meticulous and thorough;
- Bachelor Degree holder Legal Management/Political Science or Equivalent
- Law School undergrad/ Law School graduate
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable in legal research and contracts
- Can handle people well
- Willing to work in Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City
- Willing to work ASAP
