Job Description

  • Facilitate/ coordinates Time keeping weekly, semi-monthly and monthly Daily time record for on time processing of payroll.
  • Timekeeping process – gathers, arranges, summarizes employee attendance such as no of late, leave, absences, Official Business(OB), Overtime submitted by employees per cut-off period.
  • Coordinates /inform immediate superior and addresses any discrepancies /misconduct time keeping incurred by employees for immediate action.
  • Handle payslip/deduction inquiries and concerns from the employee.
  • Ensure that unauthorized leaves and absences are monitored daily, Submission of IR must be accomplish if there is violations made
  • Acts as Liason or representative to the government agencies such as SSS/PHIC/HDMF for monitoring of documents, updates (employment status) and any transactions purposes.
  • assists in processing of loans and claims for SSS and HDMF
  • Manage and assist in monthly payment and posting of government mandated benefits
  • Facilitate the processing and computation of employee SSS maternity and sickness benefits
  • Encodes newly hired employees to the biometric system and extraction of raw data from biometrics.
  • Acknowledged /sign any work order form for attendance employee monitoring.
  • Provide monthly tally sheet for no. of late for issuance of disciplinary actions
  • Maintain confidentiality for internal and external records
  • Monitors daily attendance of all employee through biometrics vs. logsheet
  • Perform other task/functions as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Overall in-charge for Time keeping by weekly, semi- monthly and monthly for daily time record for processing of payroll.
  • Manage for payslip/deduction inquiries and concerns from the employee. Acts as Liason or representative to the government agencies such as SSS/PHIC/HDMF for monitoring of documents, updates (employment status) and any transactions purposes.
  • Monitor employee leave and absences and daily attendance through biometrics and log sheet.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy /Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent
  • Must have one(1) year experience in doing , and as HR admin
  • Willing to work in San Juan City
  • Working schedule from 1PM to 10PM

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects. JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
