Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone,email or social media
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Answers questions about warranties or terms
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Inform customer of deals and promotion
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer's account through open and interactive communication
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service inquiries
  • Will be handling outbound calls but not limited to updating franchisees about schedules and status of concerns
  • Provide accurate,valid and complete information by using the right method and company's policies and procedure including but not limited to the Rights to Sell for additional Siopao Termination,Relocation and Transfer of Ownership
  • Handle customer complaints,provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up with concerned department to ensure resolution
  • Validate details of reported product complaint ti immediately assist franchisees at point of call
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process custom accounts and maintain customer listings
  • To document, coordinate and endorse all request or complaints to relevant department as needed
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree,Marketing Management,Mass Communication,Business Studies/Administration or equivalents
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word,Excel,PPT)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task,prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Maintaining a positive,empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • At least 1 year of related experience

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects. JC Noodle House - which offers hongkong fried noodle. To date, all the brands combined have produced close to 80 franchises nationwide. JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
