Job Description
- Follows health and safety requirements and assists in the implementation of company policies.
- Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the plant premises.
- Participates in the implementation of current Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Establishes goals and objectives for each section to meet overall departmental goals.
- Plans and administers department budget in coordination with other departments involve.
- Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing inventory control system capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future.
- Participates in meetings/Audit Findings to resolve quality issues by working with both internal and external resources.
- Oversees the work of all material management personnel in maintaining inventory, receiving materials and warehouse housekeeping and deliveries.
- Monitors the efforts of Material Management Personnel (i.e. raw/packaging materials issued to Commissary and Tolling, location transferred, pick up and delivered FG).
- Ensures use of materials based on FIFO/FEFO system.
- Plans and schedules tasks over short and long-range periods and assigns priorities for completion.
- Ensure that all personnel has the appropriate education and training to properly carry out the duties assigned to them and ensures that this training has been documented.
- Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately.
- Assists in the operation of other sections and perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has extensive experience in warehousing and inventory.
- Keen attention to details.
- With strong leadership.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in
- Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in San Isidro Makati City.

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects.
