Job Description

The Marketing Assistant for Events will be the one to handle all internal and external events of JC Premiere-- pre event planning, conceptualization to coordination, event execution and post event activities in order to help attain the over-all goal of the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Can conceptualize, plan, promote and execute company events
  • Coordinates with the internal team, distributors, branches and/or HQs and ensure prompt delivery of all tasks and/or materials.
  • Coordinates with suppliers regarding all event related requirements –venue, design, logistics, technical requirements, and others as required.
  • Prepare, request and manage event budgets.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft(Word Excel, PPT)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports
  • Good in handling budgets
  • Has good coordinating skills and is organized.
  • Good at multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure

WORKED EXPERIENCE

  • At least one (1) year experience in marketing, handling events.
  • PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good with time management
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal skills and Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Creative and detail oriented
  • Organized and can maintain accuracy with regards work output
  • Flexible, resourceful, assertive and has a high sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure at a fast paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work area not limited to Marketing Functions.
  • May be assigned to cover events and other related activities.
  • May also be tasked to work on JC Worldwide marketing requirements.

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects. JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
