Job Description
- Conducts Quality assurance audit, assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity and safety is preserved. The scope of responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Off Site Assignments (Toll Manufacturing Sites, Off site warehouse and storages).
- On Site / Main Plant Assignment (Commissary).
- Conduct in process quality inspections and collects random samples from batches to ensure correctness in weight size and other specifications required.
- Checks receiving of all pertinent materials related to the manufacture of the company’s products. This would include raw materials, packaging materials Ensures adherence to set standards.
- Checks dispatch of materials both raw and finished goods prior to delivery to Customers.
- Responsible for catching products that is out of specification by collaborating with production in charge to remove products for reworks as it may deemed necessary.
- Periodic updates and establishment of Standards for current and new products respectively.
- Collaborate with R&D for new products update.
- Conducts regular product sensory evaluation.
- Conducts Operational and Pre Operational sanitation inspection that includes the Following :
- Start up checklist. Work place & Equipment sanitation.
- Employee hygiene and sanitation checklist.
- Inspects delivery or transport vehicles to ensure compliance to sanitation & GMP requirements by the plant.
- Evaluates over all plant sanitation performance and discuss to plant in charge for improvement purposes.
- Prepares and compiles all documents as required by FDA, NMIS and other Institutions as may be required by the Government.
- Inspect delivery and Supplier transport vehicles to ensure compliance to sanitation & GMP requirements by the plant.
- Collates sanitation paper works that should result in a No food safety deviations.
- Collect & collates monitoring sheets for references as required.
- Continuous Quality Manual Updates.
- Recommends and accredits suppliers for upgrades of products and materials.
- Utilize technical expertise to prevent process or product failures. Continuous improvement of product quality through attention to process is expected.
- Recommend procedural or any process related improvement that impacts the overall quality of products and process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Food Technology Graduate, Nutrition, or equivalent
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing company as A Quality Assurance Specialist is an advantage.
- Technical knowledge in Food safety is a plus
- Shfting schedule from Mondays to Saturdays
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects.
