Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Answers questions about warranties or terms.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Inform customer of deals and promotion.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer’s account through open and interactive communication.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree, Marketing Management, Mass Communication, Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays. 830am to 530pm

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects.
