Job Description
The Human Resources for Recruitment is in-charge of recruitment of manpower as per submitted Personnel Requisition form (PRF). Conducts resume screening and interviews for the prospect candidates and ensure meeting the time line to fill-in the open position to support the overall needs of the company. Proactively creating and /or job posting through online portals such Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Indeed, Mynimo, and other social media account. Recruitment Staff is not limited on the to perform her task in the office but she can leave in the office by joining any job fair activity, acquire peso accreditation, and even school tie-up to have broaden connections and experience in manpower recruitment. He/she has the ability to assess the competency of the applicants, work with the flexible manner and provide weekly/daily staffing report.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.
- In charge in creating informative job posting thru online portals (e.g. Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Mynimo, Indeed, and social media).
- Sourcing and screening of applicants resume based on the requirements needed by the requesting department.
- Conducts interview candidates and make valued recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and according to define job specification per position.
- Ensures that account-specific recruitment activities are aligned with the overall HR-Recruitment Policies and Procedures.
- Provides timely and accurate feedback to the recruiting unit on the status of their hiring requests.
- Ensure that applicants pooling are maintained.
- Invites and schedule qualified applicants for interview.
- Proactive coordination with Hiring Manager for final interviews and follow up the interview status.
- Provide feedback to the applicants regarding the status of their applications.
- Schedule newly hired applicants for job offer.
- Coordinates and consolidation of pre-employment requirements for candidates expected to start employment.
- Schedule and coordinate contract signing of newly hired employees to the Agency.
- Provide weekly/daily report for the status of recruitment hiring (closed/open).
- In charge in the requisition of laptop for the newly hired employees.
- Perform other task/functions as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration, or equivalent.
- SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
- Good interviewing skills.
- Strong analytical and assessment skills.
- Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least one (1) year of work experience in recruitment is required for this position.
- Experience as a technical recruiter and head hunting is an advantage.
- Knowledge in other HR facets is an advantage.
