Job Description
- Melakukan analisa organisasi design yang efektif dan efisien
- Manpower planning karyawan secara berkala (movement, rotasi, promosi, terminasi, dll)
- Melakukan assesment dan performance management
- Menentukan kebutuhan people development karyawan
- Monitoring accuracy data employee dengan actual di area/HO
- Succession planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience min 2 years in HR area
- Experience in OD will be advantage
- Familiar with Job analysis, Performance Management & Employee Assessment
- Familiar with IDP (Individual Development Plan)
- Strong in data analytical
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Agile and fast learner
- Able to work under pressure
