Responsibilities

• Expected to attract and anticipate into ad agencies and top tier advertisers using his/her sales strategies and tactical plans.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Increase the brand value
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
• Actively and efficiently communicate with upper management regarding issues or problems
• Manage account management and expansion activities
• Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information

Qualifications

• 5+ year of experience in media sales, ad sales, branded contents services, creative promotions, or branding campaigns
• Strong knowledge of sales operation and advertising markets
• Exceptional analytical skills to analyze market trends in continuous development of business opportunities
• Superior interpersonal skills including the relationship with clients and as well as within the business
• Exhibits natural leadership qualities to help and inspire the team
• Ability to manage, develop and improve sales processes
