Job Description
- Manage daily operations and offer creative solutions to meet the required client / customer satisfaction.
- Create reports to update the company on the team’s progress
- Distribute assignments to the appropriate team member
- People Management, including all related issues, as well as team members development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or any related field
- Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in a related field or industry
- Must have experience handling team and team’s performance
- Good mentor and coach to inspire positive work output
- Strong command in English both written and speaking
- Willing to work in Makati
- Amenable to Shifting schedule
