Job Description

HR Manager

The HR Manager acts as the HR Officer P-O-C for PH local HR team. This position is generally in-charge in directing the PH local HR team members & line managers on a day-to-day HR transaction. Generally, in-charge to spearhead PH local HR employee engagement activities, talent acquistion and performance management activities and policy reviews.

  • Policy review - check and reviews existing policies that should be aligned to PH labor laws
  • Employee retention & engagement activities
  • spearheads employee engagement activities by leading research on proposed activities and projects, monitoring progress and ensuring timeline is met.
  • work with managers to engage and motivate our talent
  • Drives and supports company wide HR initiatives
  • Talent & Performance Management - Ensure that all employee performance management are conducted timely and recorded by HR.
  • Change Management - assist Global HR and employees in adapting to working in a fluid environment
  • Team Management - assist the local HR team members in minor day-to-day activities; Checks in with HR Manager for important and HR related matters.
  • Compensation and Benefit - oversee compensation and benefit process, monitor accuracy of payroll, reviews current local employee benefit

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • More than 8-10 years and above experience in HR either as Generalist
  • With extensive knowledge on compensation and benefits, employee relations and talent acquisition and management
  • Knowledgeable in PH Labor Laws
  • Experience in policy review and change management
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up ; Current Managerial and or / Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
