Job Description
- Preparing cost estimates of the project;
- Contacting clients to find out necessities of projects;
- Performing preparations of design development drawings;
- Preparing layouts and preliminary sketches;
- Suggesting own ideas to develop designs;
- Creating and maintain records of plans;
- Researching product materials to develop efficiency;
- Preparing documents of construction and obtaining necessary authorization;
- Organizing and maintaining office file system;
- Identifying and solving system related problems;
- Providing architecture support to management workforce;
- Supervising performance of contractor to management workforce;
- Supervising performance of the contractor and other suppliers;
- Coordinating with other architecture teams to ensure compliance of project’s requirements;
- Other tasks may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Minimum of 3 years experience
